Native Histories Curriculum Timeline

Explore chronologically lesson plans that are on this website. For example, if you are teaching World War II in your social studies class, you can quickly find relevant lessons by scrolling on the timeline to the years of the war and see lessons related to Native American Code Talkers. If you are teaching European colonization of the Americas, scroll to the other end of the timeline and you can see lessons from the 16th-18th centuries.
